We’re factory direct, not a dealer. You buy from the same local company that delivers, wires and installs your tub and takes care of it afterward. Every tub is USA-made with a commercial-use warranty, a Lucite shell, Balboa controls and AquaColor LED lighting standard.

A lot of Gatlinburg cabins sit on narrow, winding roads where a delivery truck simply can’t back up to the deck. When that’s the case we bring our crane and set the new tub right where it belongs, over the roof or down the hillside, so nobody is wrestling a 700-pound shell down the stairs.

We handle it all. Delivery, crane service when the site needs it, old tub removal, deck repair or reinforcement, and the 240V electrical. We handle all the electrical and are insured. Any extra work is quoted first: we send photos and go over it by phone before we start.

Yes. If a truck or dolly can’t reach the deck, we use our own crane service to lift the tub in. The crane is part of your one quote, so there’s no second company to call.
