The heating element went out on our cabin in Gatlinburg they showed up within an hour and we got to use our tub that night while in town under 120 bucks and we were good to go.

We have been using there services for a year now with multiple service calls and a custom cover made. Great service highly recommend!

This is a no brainer. If you're in the cabin rental business in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge these guys are your best bet. Don't make the mistake of buying a cheap unit somewhere that will last a year and then you can't get anyone to service. With all the issues I have to deal with regarding the cabins, it's great knowing these guys are near by and always willing to help. They have never let me down. 10/10

I had an issue with my hot tub upgrading the spa pack from a gecko to a balboa unit called and spoke with the owner I was out of his service range but he helped me resolve the issue and is shipping me parts! Great company and amazing customer service! Don't waste time calling anyone else.

Purchased a new QCA Spa and could not be happier it is beautiful the color we chose was right on point and for an 8 person tub it was not as expensive as other companies in the area but made much nicer the quality of the materials are much better than other companies in the Pigeon Forge area and the price was less. They installed it in less than an hour and removed my old tub for free. Very professional company.
