• Orders and appointments: the date and time you choose, and cover quote details. We do not collect payment or card details on this website (see section 7)

6. Other Google services

Our site loads Google Fonts, and it may embed Google Maps or show Google reviews. When these features load, Google may receive your IP address and may set or read cookies under Google’s policies. Leaving a Google review is optional and governed by Google’s terms.

7. Payments

No payment is collected on this website, and we do not ask for or store card details through the site. We confirm your appointment and cost by phone. If you later pay us (for example, in person or by an invoice we send you), that payment is handled by the payment processor we use for that transaction under its own terms and privacy policy.

8. Text messages (SMS)

If you text us or give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your request, quote, appointment, or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share information only as needed to run our business:

We keep service, quote, and order records as long as we need them for business, warranty, tax, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website and services are for property owners, managers, and other adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
