Do you repair every hot tub brand?

Yes. We service all makes and models of hot tubs, spas, and Jacuzzi tubs, including equipment that other shops no longer support.

Can you work on rental cabin spas?

That is a large part of our work. We service more than 2,500 cabin rentals and hotels within 50 miles of Gatlinburg, plus more than 1,000 private VRBO and cabin owners.

Business hours Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM ET. Service call rates $75–$149, based on your service area. We carry the most common hot tub parts for all makes and models on our service vehicles, so most repairs can be handled on the first trip. On-site service only — not a retail parts counter.
